Faults and countermeasures encountered during the use of loaders

A loader is a type of heavy machinery widely used in industry, construction and agriculture. It is commonly used for loading, unloading and transporting tasks and can easily handle various types of materials including coal, ore, soil, sand, gravel, concrete and construction waste. Due to the harsh environment of construction machinery, there will be more or less problems during use. Common faults include the following:

1. The engine cannot be started or it is difficult to start: it may be due to low battery power, too little fuel, or ignition system failure. The solution is to check the battery, fill up with enough fuel, and find and fix the faulty ignition system.

2. Hydraulic system failure: Hydraulic system failure may cause problems such as loader operation failure, oil leakage and machine damage. The solution is to check the quality and level of the hydraulic oil, replace the seals and remove debris from the system.

3. Reduced Braking Performance: Reduced braking performance can lead to serious safety concerns. The solution is to check the brake fluid level, brake lines and brakes, and maintain and replace problematic parts in time.

4. Poor docking of the front wheels: Poor docking of the front wheels may prevent the loader from effectively pushing or lifting heavy objects. The solution is to check the lubrication of the front wheels, adjust the connecting pins and check whether the tire pressure is normal.

5. Failure of the electronic control system: Failure of the electronic control system may cause the loader to not operate normally or to display error messages. The solution is to check the fault codes and sensors through the computer diagnostic system, and replace the problematic parts in time.

In short, the failure of the loader may have a serious impact on production, so regular inspection and maintenance are very important. If any issues are found, take appropriate steps to fix them as soon as possible to ensure operational safety and productivity272727585_664258674716197_5941007603044254377_n
